The goal of the Lone Star EMMY Educational Foundation (a 501 (c) (3) non-profit) is to support education, encourage professional development and recognize longtime television professionals who have made a significant contribution to the broadcasting industry.
To achieve this the Foundation offers the following initiatives:

- Scholarships
- Professional Development
