Parking in Cowboys Stadium Lot 10 is free for our event or you can use the complimentary round trip trolley service which will run from the Sheraton Hotel in Arlington. The Sheraton also offers complimentary parking.

My colleagues and I purchased individual tickets. May we sit together?
Yes, if you purchased Reserved Seats and request to sit together. However, we need a list of individuals who wish to sit together no later than Friday, October 26, 2012. Please include names and company affiliation. This does not guarantee that the table is just for you and your guests. Only if you purchase a table will you have the entire Ten ( 10 ) seats at your disposal.
How many people may sit at one table?
Ten (10 ) for reserved seating tickets – We cannot guarantee group-seating preferences on individual reserved gala tickets purchased after October 28.
My company purchased a table(s). Is it necessary to give you a list of names in advance of the Awards Gala?
Absolutely! We must have a list in order to facilitate the check-in procedure and make sure individuals are seated with the correct group. We must have your completed list no later than Friday, October 26.
Will you send my General Admission / Reserved Seat / Reserved Table Awards Gala tickets by mail?
No. Once you arrive at Cowboys Stadium on November 10, you will check in and be given a table assignment at that time.
*Please note – on Awards night we will fill in open seats as needed. If we do not have your complete table lists, we may fill open spots at your table. It is IMPERATIVE to send a complete guest list in advance of the Awards Gala.
I was not able to attend the Awards Show. How do I get my statuette?
Please contact the Lone Star EMMY office at Contact Us. We will mail your statuette to the address you provide. Please include your name, category and title of entry. Or you may have a colleague pick up the statuette for you at the Gala!
Important Note! Statues not claimed on EMMY night will be shipped to recipients at a cost of $20 per statue. Please allow up to three weeks for delivery. Statues will be returned to the Chapter after the gala and then re-processed and individually boxed for shipping.
My nameband has a typo or misspelled name.
If there is a misspelling or other issue with your name band engraving on the EMMY statuette, please use the Contact Us form and send a detailed description of the issue. If the original information submitted via EMMY Express was not correct (we will engrave exactly as submitted) and you did not send a correction prior to October 12, there will be a $25 charge for new name bands
