Lone Star EMMY has a great room rate of $179.00 + 16.75% sales tax
and a $15.00 daily Resort Fee.
Last Day to make reservations is October 20, 2017; there will be no extensions.  Please make your reservation as soon as possible.

HOW TO RSVP for The 15th Annual LONE STAR EMMY AWARDS SHOW

ALL Lone Star EMMY Nominees will receive an RSVP invitation via email to confirm attendance. Please respond by accepting YES, MAYBE or NO. This email will allow the Nominee to purchase guest tickets; or send an invitation to their guests to purchase tickets for themselves. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON ANY TICKETS PURCHASED.

Check your SPAM or JUNK folders if you think you missed the email.  You can also find a copy of the RSVP email in the EMMY Express Dashboard. Log in to your Dashboard and click on the “MAIL” folder and click on “ALL” to see all emails that have been sent to you.

While in to your Dashboard, remember to update, add/change your secondary email address to a personal email address as your ticket confirmation will be emailed to you along with your QR code.

All Nominees and their guests will be sitting with their colleagues at the same company tables.

What Should I Wear?

We’re calling it a “Black Tie” affair. Dress your best and come ready to have a good time.

I want to purchase General Admission Tickets for my guests.

ALL General Admission Tickets are first come first serve. There will be tables avilable for open seating. All seats at every table will be filled, no open seats at tables.  General Admission Tickets do not guarantee you will be sitting with your guests.

I need to purchase tickets for my guests.

On your RSVP Dashboard there are fields to add the names of your guests to purchase tickets for your guest or to send your guests an invitation of them to purchase their ticket.  THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON ANY TICKETS PURCHASED.

I purchased individual tickets for my guests. May we sit together?

Yes, if you have purchased Reserved Tickets; all your guest will be seated with you and your colleagues.

How many people may sit at one table?

Ten (10 ) guests to a table. We cannot guarantee that the table is just for you and your guests; if the table has empty seats.

Can I purchase a table?

NO, tables are not being sold.  All Tickets Are Must Be Purchased Individually. All Nominees and their guests will be seated together with their colleagues at their company table when Reserved Tickets are purchase.  THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON ANY TICKETS PURCHASED.

My Company is paying for my Guest’s Ticket, how do I send the RSVP?

There is an invite process that you can email the invite to yourself, put your guest’s name in the name fields and then forward it company to pay for your guest.

I was not able to attend the Awards Show. How do I get my statuette?

Please contact the Lone Star EMMY office at Contact Us. We will mail your statuette to the address you provide. Please include your name, category and title of entry. Or you may have a colleague pick up the statuette for you at the Gala!

We will ship your statuette to the address you provide. Please include your name, category and title of entry. Or you may have a colleague pick up the statuette for you at the Gala! there is a $25 shipping fee for EACH statuette.

Please allow up to three weeks for delivery. Statues will be returned to the Chapter after the gala and then re-processed and individually boxed for shipping.

My name band has a typo or misspelled name.

If there is a misspelling or other issue with your name band engraving on the EMMY statuette, please use the Contact Us form and send a detailed description of the issue. If the original information submitted via EMMY Express was not correct (we will engrave exactly as submitted) and you did not send a correction prior to September 15th, there will be a $25 charge for new name bands.

Statues not claimed on EMMY night will be shipped to recipients at a cost of $25 per statue.  Please allow up to three weeks for delivery. Statues will be returned to the Chapter after the gala and then re-processed and individually boxed for shipping.
